People Aspiring To Have Success™ (PATHS) 

 

As a once struggling single parent, Erica Hill established People Aspiring To Have Success (PATHS) to encourage and motivate single-parent families (men and women) to rise above social stigmas and stereotypes. PATHS is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization designed to aid single-parent families in reaching their highest potential. PATHS is a web-based organization; therefore, it doesn't matter where the individuals are located.  No parent has to be concerned with taking off work or finding a babysitter, in order to invest in themselves.  Our families include single parents, guardians, and their children, regardless of race or gender.

Our primary goal is to bridge the gap between a family’s current situation and where they desire to be. We provide a positive, non-judgmental environment. PATHS goes a step further than simple inspiration; we help single parents to obtain and maintain the future that they desire for themselves and their children.

PATHS believes that it takes a village to not only raise a child, but to help a family improve their quality of life….PATHS is that village. By providing education services, mentoring services, support services, and resource connections, PATHS helps families to create the positive outcomes they desire, but cannot accomplish alone. We believe that it takes persistence, dedication, and effort to meet goals. We provide single-parent families with the necessary tools for success.
