PATHS single-parent family eligibility requirements are:

 

• No live-in partner

• Widowed

• Divorced

• Separated

• Never Married

• Male or Female

• Custody of child/children (This includes non-biological parents, guardians, grandparents)

 

Single-parent families are eligible for up to 5 years after their youngest dependent has reached their legal age of adulthood (determined by state) (not including dependents with disabilities).
